What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund. In this case if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to yourself.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require you to include proof of purchase consisting of your order number or packing slip.
Your items can be returned in store or by posting back to us. (please note while our store is shut we do not accept in store returns)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 -5 working days. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returns parcel.

Please make sure the parcel has a return address specified in case of an issue.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Standard Delivery cost is £3, DPD Next Day Delivery is £5 or Standard Delivery is FREE on orders over £30
Standard Delivery is Royal Mail Second Class and takes 3-5 working days, however due to COVID some deliveries have been taking a little longer than normal. Please note the Royal Mail tracking number only shows you if delivery has been attempted.
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Bank Holidays
We also offer Next Day Delivery via DPD. Orders must be placed before 12.30pm Monday - Friday for Next Day Service. Please note DPD Deliveries are only available to Mainland UK
Please note the delivery timescales are not a guarantee and we unfortunately can't refund your postage costs if the carrier does not meet the expected timescales. Our carriers will do their best to deliver within the expected timescales.
